*CREDIT CARD OR CASH PAYMENTS ARE REQUIRED IN ADVANCE FOR ALL RESERVATIONS. Moab Luxury Coach provides a shuttle service
along a specific route and point to point. Extra or "Taxi" stops are available if all passengers on board are agreement that the stop will not interfere
with their individual travel plans. There is no guarantee that the shuttle will make these additional stops and the drive has the final say in all cases.
Additional stops along the route will be charged $5 per stop and $1 per minute. The additional charges for these stope will be paid in cash or charged
to the credit card on file. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations more than 7 days of notice are elgible for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days
and more then 2 days are elgible for a 50% refund. Cancellations less then 48 hours in advance forfeit 100% of fare.
*Fares are paid in full upon the reservation being confirmed. MLC is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be
responsible for making up lost time at a mutualy agreed date in the future. Moab Luxury Coach is not responsible for flights, trains or bus trips that
are missed due to severe weather and unsafe driving conditions. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during
the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of $200.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee, in the event of
sickness or other instances that leaves bodily fluid/debris in the vehicle is $250.00. Alcohol consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines
will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatent indiscretion on the part of the client(s)).
   It is illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in any vehicles. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe
road conditions (i.e. not salted, accidents, etc.) Not responsible for articles left in the vehicle. Vehicles canot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
